How to apply for a waiver?

You can apply for a waiver either digitally or using a paper form.

Digital application

You can apply for a waiver digitally on My BsGW. Here you can fill in the requested information. After you have filled in your details, we will perform a check through the Inlichtingenbureau (information agency). This check will show whether you are eligible for a waiver. You will receive a reply by post within 12 weeks.

Application through the form

It is also possible to apply for a waiver using a paper form. You can apply for this form by telephone. You will then receive the form by post. Fill in the form completely and return it with the requested specifications. Your application cannot be processed without these documents.
